What Our General Pest Control Visit Covers
Last updated: October 2026
NewYork Pest Solutions provides General Pest Control work described in your estimate or service agreement. Depending on the approved scope, this may include inspecting accessible areas, identifying listed pests, applying appropriate control measures, and explaining preparation or follow-up steps.
We use pesticides only as permitted by their labels and applicable law. Customers must share relevant pest activity and follow safety instructions.
Work may be subject to New York Environmental Conservation Law Article 33, 6 NYCRR Part 325, pesticide business registration and applicator certification requirements, and FIFRA label directions and restrictions. Where applicable, we also follow OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200.
Bedbug-related work and reporting in New York City may be subject to Administrative Code § 27-2018.1 and applicable New York State Department of Environmental Conservation requirements. The United States Environmental Protection Agency, New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, New York State Department of Health, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration may have relevant oversight.
Exclusion work, wildlife services, repairs, and specialized treatments require a separate written agreement unless expressly included.
Making, Changing, or Canceling an Appointment
Appointments are arranged through NewYork Pest Solutions and confirmed for the agreed service date or arrival window. Please provide accurate access instructions and tell us about building rules, pets, mobility needs, or other conditions that could affect the visit. Any notice period or cancellation charge will be stated in your booking confirmation or service agreement; if none is stated, contact us as early as possible to change or cancel.
We may need to reschedule because of unsafe conditions, access problems, weather, or operational constraints, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you. If the technician finds that the requested work differs from the approved scope, we will explain the change and its effect on the estimate before proceeding.
Additional work requires your approval; the technician will not treat a request for an inspection as permission for unapproved services. You may ask to change the appointment or scope by calling or emailing us. A new visit may be needed if the property is not accessible or ready for the agreed treatment.
How Estimates and Charges Are Confirmed
Before work begins, NewYork Pest Solutions will provide an estimate or service agreement describing the approved work and applicable charges. An estimate is based on the information available at the time; conditions found during inspection may affect the proposed scope.
We will explain any material change and obtain your approval before performing additional chargeable work. You may decline a proposed change and proceed only with the originally agreed work when that work remains appropriate and safe.
Payment is due according to the timing and method stated in your estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Review those documents for applicable taxes, payment instructions, and any disclosed cancellation or return-visit charges.
If the documents do not specify a payment deadline, please contact us for clarification before service. You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and raising billing questions promptly.
No price, financing offer, or service not included in the written estimate is promised by these terms. Applicable consumer protections and laws remain in effect.
Written Terms Govern Any Service Warranty
NewYork Pest Solutions does not make a general promise that every pest will be eliminated permanently or that pests will not return. Any workmanship warranty, retreatment commitment, or other service guarantee applies only if it is expressly provided in writing for the specific service.
The written terms will identify what work is covered, how long coverage lasts, how to request service, and any conditions or exclusions. No duration or coverage period is created by these general terms.
Coverage may depend on completing the agreed preparation, allowing access for scheduled follow-up, and following the technician’s safety and prevention instructions. Conditions outside the approved work, new pest activity, building defects, or changes in the property may require a separate inspection or service agreement.
These examples do not change any written warranty that applies to your service. Ask us to explain the applicable written terms before authorizing work. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Responsibility for Property and Service Risks
Please tell NewYork Pest Solutions about known leaks, structural damage, sensitive items, and other conditions that could affect the service. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, or pest activity outside the agreed scope, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent allowed by law; where permitted, our responsibility for a claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to it. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for negligence where exclusion is prohibited.
Pesticide work remains subject to New York Environmental Conservation Law Article 33, 6 NYCRR Part 325, applicable New York pesticide business registration and applicator certification requirements, and FIFRA label directions and restrictions. OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, applies where relevant.
New York City bedbug reporting requirements under Administrative Code § 27-2018.1 apply where relevant. These terms do not waive statutory duties or replace required safety instructions.
Questions About These Service Terms
For questions about these terms, an estimate, or an appointment, contact NewYork Pest Solutions at (877) 729-2528 or info@newyorkpestsolutions.top. Our listed address is Empire State Building, 350 5th Ave, New York. Please include your service address and a brief description of your question; avoid sending sensitive personal information by ordinary email.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and we will provide notice through the website or another reasonable communication channel when appropriate.
A change applies prospectively from its stated effective date and does not alter a service agreement already accepted unless you and we agree to the change or applicable law permits it. The version provided with your service documents or in effect when you book may help identify the terms that apply.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.

Service Expert at NewYork Pest Solutions
I started in pest control working in New York City apartment buildings, where I learned how pests move through basements, shared walls, and utility openings. I built this company to pair careful inspections with practical treatment plans suited to New York’s older buildings, changing seasons, and statewide service needs.
